What is Sender Identification ?

This is the name or number which flashes on the recipient's mobile phone when they receive an SMS Text message. Most GSM Networks/Operators accept up to an 8-character Alpha-Numeric String.

We  reserve the right to approve the Sender Name/Number for Users at its sole discretion.

NDNC: We are unable to send messages (SMS) to any number that is found to be on the TRAI NDNC list. If you are unable to receive messages even though you are not on TRAI NDNC, it could be because of two possible reasons

  • The previous user of this number had added it to the NDNC list. And TRAI still maintains that. In this case, you can remove the number from TRAI NDNC list by sending 'STOP DND' to 1909 or by dialing 1909
  • Although we try to keep our NDNC list as updated as possible, sometime there are errors.
